We offer a complete range of
loading dock equipment including dock seals, dock levelers, truck
restraints and bumpers. I addition we offer air doors, traffic doors and
strip doors to meet your specifications.
Dock Seals
 Our
Dock Seals are constructed with fabric covered polyurethane foam pads that
mount around the perimeter of the loading dock door. When a truck backing
up compresses the pads, they form an effective seal that retains heat or
cool air and blocks entry of wind, rain, snow, dust and fumes into loading
area. Door seals are factory mounted on wall mounting bases of 2" thick
kiln dried wood completely encases within the seal. All installation
hardware is included.
Truck Dock Shelters
 Our
Truck Dock Shelters (Model 710 shown) provide effective year-round
environmental control, protection, sealing and safety at your truck dock
loading and unloading areas. Series 700 (the most popular) is designed as
a tunnel for the truck providing full access to the rear of the trailer.
The side and top curtains flex inward with a wiping action, forming a
seal. Strong steel bumpers on both series protect the shelter.
Rail Dock Shelters
 Our
Rail Dock Shelters provide excellent protection for material handling
operations at docks where rail cars are loaded or unloaded. Designed for
either platform or non-platform docks, when extended, the unit presses
snugly against the side of the car by spring action. When not in use, it
is retracted against the face of the building. Available with 4 sides for
maximum protection where no platform exists; 3 sides where platform
exists.
Dock Levelers
 Mechanical,
bar lift and hydraulic edge of dock levelers are provided by Our. The
company also provides pit mounted levelers, including mechanical and
hydraulic systems. A high strength steel tread place (55,000 lbs. Minimum
yield) on the deck and lip ensures lasting stability and durability on all
levelers. Mechanical and hydraulic truck restraints are available for
added safety.
Air Doors
 Our
Air Doors provide climate control for energy conservation and eliminate
the need for expensive plastic stripping, flapper doors or canvas
curtains. Mounted over entranceways, the air doors create an invisible
barrier of high velocity air to deflect winds and stop cold or warm air
from infiltrating plant facilities and work areas. During warm weather,
they can direct a stream of air downward to help keep dust, dirt, insects
and fumes from entering through open doors. The air doors also provide the
safety feature of an unobstructed view through the opening, reducing the
possibility of doorway accidents.
Traffic Doors
 Our
provides traffic doors for a variety of commercial, industrial and retail
applications. Doors fabricated from reinforced vinyl fabric feature Lexan
windows, 48" high polycarbonate impact plates and gravity actuated hinges.
Other doors include a heavy duty belting model and a high visibility model
for the food processing industry. A rigid polycarbonate door is also
available to separate work areas from public areas. Our Traffic Doors are
offered in a range of standard colors. Dutch doors are available for large
openings.
Strip Doors
 Our
Strip Door-Closures can save energy in a variety of commercial and
industry applications on the inside and the outside of your building.
Flexible, hanging strips push open and close instantly to minimize air
transfer and slash utility bills. Alternating concave/convex strips effect
a good seal and provide an effective barrier against birds and insects,
dust, debris, drafts, smoke, fumes and noise.
