Gated communities, commercial buildings, manufacturing plants, high-end
residential homes, apartment and condominium buildings all need an easy way
to manage the flow of traffic in, around, and through their premises.
All of our Telephone Entry Systems are designed with vandal resistant
housings, easy to reach buttons, clear voice communications, tone dialing,
and long distance telephone dialing. And for those who want enhanced
flexibility - a brightly-lit LCD display visible day and night and in direct
sunlight. Our products are designed with an enclosure that is both
weather and vandal resistant and installed by a distribution network of
trained service personnel.

The Infinity Systems combine the convenience of
telephone entry with the flexibility of access control for simple,
affordable, and yet extremely powerful systems. The Infinity Systems are
designed with an extensive feature set, maximum reliability and
expandability to meet today's needs and tomorrow's growth. Say goodbye to
multiple systems and old-style directories, and say hello to the industry
standard, the Infinity by Sentex Systems.
Whether using a single name per page with
quick name search, like the Infinity "S" or "M", or the industry favorite,
Infinity "L" with 24 names per page, the user will locate the prospective
name in seconds. The electronic LCD displays are viewed easily in direct
sunlight and total darkness since each unit has oversized letters, a very
high contrast ratio, and a bright backlight. Where applications do not call
for an electronic display, we offer a paper directory insert that has all
the features of the Infinity without the LCD display. And when additional
doors or gates need to be controlled without the telephone entry needs, the
Infinity "B" is utilized as a standard access control panel.
Infinity systems allow for the entire 2000
name directory to be scrolled in less than 10 seconds. Locating the
individual is easy since names are automatically placed in alphabetical
order as they are entered. The names and phone numbers can be entered
through a lightweight, compact handheld programmer, the panels keypad, or
the SPS for Windows Based Software which allows communications through a
standard phone line to the Infinity's built-in modem. Whichever method you
select, guided prompts ensure programming time is kept to a minimum.
Each Infinity control panel can support card
and code access for two doors or gates. An Infinity can be networked with
other Infinity panels allowing support of up to 32 card readers for securing
other access control entrances, such as a lobby door or vehicle entrance.
Perfect for any size office building or gated community.
As with all our Telephone Entry Systems, the
Infinity also boasts a multitude of features that make the installation
quick, operation simple, and management effortless. If you want a rugged yet
attractive telephone entry and access control system, then the Infinity is
the clear choice.
The Infinity "S" contains a two-line
16-character LCD display. The top line lists the intended party's name and
the bottom line lists the directory code to enter. Once entered, the
Infinity will check the programmed memory for the respective phone number
and initiate the call. Once the call is answered, the resident presses the
"9" key (or "5") to authorize access, or can hang up to deny the request.
The Infinity "M" is identical to the "S" except the LCD display
supports larger font sizes and includes a recessed lighted keypad and is
camera ready.
The Infinity "L" (large display)
boasts a patented LCD display allowing 24 names per page with 13 characters
each, or 12 names using 35 characters. Regardless of the selected format,
the names are easy to view because of the oversized characters and a very
bright backlight.
When a paper directory already exists or is
all that is needed, the Infinity DI (directory insert) includes all
the features and capacities of the Infinity systems excluding the LCD
display.
The Infinity "B" can be integrated
with other Infinity Telephone Entry Systems or installed separately to
control all your access needs. The "B" panel does not include a LCD display
and is typically mounted in a closet or telephone room.
All units are housed in a rugged, stainless
steel enclosure and can be installed inside or outside because they are
engineered to withstand harsh weather conditions and vandalism. Regardless
of the unit chosen, all features and functions are identical and can be
hands-free or utilize a handset.
If an entry point has been forced open or the
door held open beyond a predetermined length of time, the panel can be
configured to initiate an alarm call to a central station. Other enhanced
features included in the Infinity Systems are time zone control for
cardholder and access code usage, automatic gate or door lock/unlock cycles,
access code restriction by number of uses, elevator control, and CCTV.

The Spectrum Systems answer the call for a
durable, vandal resistant telephone entry system used in applications that
require a paper directory insert or an external directory. Since Spectrum
Systems use the existing telephone network, there is no new wiring necessary
between the entrance and each office or tenant. The called party simply
talks to the visitor using their phone and grants access by pressing "9"
key. As a result, you save thousands of dollars over the cost of installing
a hard-wired intercom, not to mention the saving on maintenance costs over
the life of the system.
The Spectrum is an especially cost-effective
and attractive solution for most buildings and gated communities. Units are
housed in a rugged, stainless steel enclosure with a recessed, internally
edge-lit metal keypad for easy viewing day or night. Either unit can be
installed inside or outside because they are engineered to withstand harsh
weather conditions and vandalism. Regardless of the unit chosen, all
features and functions are identical and both can be hands-free or utilize a
handset.
Two versions are available: the standard
Spectrum and Spectrum-DI. The standard unit consists of a telephone keypad
only. It assumes a directory list exists outside of the enclosure. The
Spectrum-DI is provided by Sentex Systems with a paper directory insert
capable of supporting 125 typed names. Additional names can be displayed by
utilizing additional directory modules that hold 125 names each.
There are several ways of programming a
Spectrum. If a computer is available, you can use the intuitive SV Win
programming software compatible with Windows® 95, 98, 2000, NT and XP
operating systems. This powerful software tool can retrieve and sort
transactions and program all functions of the unit from a remote
location. If a computer is not available, then you can program the system by
using a standard touch-tone phone or the Spectrum's 12-digit keypad.
Whichever method you select, guided prompts ensure programming time is kept
to a minimum.
As with all our Telephone Entry Systems, the

The Crown Jewel is the most advanced telephone
entry system for securing gated residential entrances. Its elegant design
and extensive features allow any residence to increase the level of security
while enhancing the value of the home. With budget constraints always an
issue, Sentex Systems designed a host of features in every model at one low
cost making it the perfect solution.
The Crown Jewel is a small, non-obtrusive,
self-contained unit that connects directly to your existing phone line,
known as a No Phone Bill System. Since the connection is made to your
existing phone system, it does not require any additional monthly phone
charges.
Family members, delivery persons, or friends
can be issued a unique four-digit access code that is used to enter the
gated entrance without having to initiate a call sequence. When visitors are
not welcome, such as 6:00p.m. to 8:00 a.m., a time schedule can be assigned
that prevents access automatically.
Additionally, all calls can be suppressed by
enabling a manual or time-based Do Not Disturb feature. This
prohibits a person from driving up to the entrance in the early morning
hours and ringing the phone.
For an extra level of security, you may
choose to view the person requesting access at the gate. The Crown Jewel
supports a built-in CCTV camera that displays live video direct to your
television or monitor. The system also maintains the last 250 actions and
programming entries stamped with the date and time of the event for
reviewing historical events.
There are several ways of programming a Crown
Jewel. If a computer is available, you can use the intuitive CJWin 32-bit
programming software compatible with Windows® 95, 98, 2000, NT and XP
operating systems. This powerful software tool can retrieve and sort
transactions and allows full programming of the unit remotely. If a computer
is not available, the Crown Jewel can be programmed using a standard
touch-tone phone or the Crown Jewel keypad. Whichever method you select,
guided prompts ensure programming time is kept to a minimum.
The Crown Jewel
is available in several attractive styles to match the taste of the
homeowner. They are engineered to withstand harsh weather conditions and

The Sentex Programming Software (SPS) for
Windows 95, 98, ME, 2000, NT and XP is used to simplify the management of
Infinity and Horizon telephone entry and access control systems. The
Infinity and Horizon can be programmed locally at the panel, but this may be
inconvenient to go to the remote site each time you need to update the
database information, such as add or delete a new phone number. SPS Win
allows you to remain in the comfort of your office or home and configure the
required information ahead of time on a computer, then dial the telephone
number(s) of the remote telephone entry panels and download the changes.
Managing who can enter the facility and when
access is permitted can be accomplished using access levels and time
schedules. An access level combines doors (or gates) and times. When the
individual is assigned to the group, that individual is controlled by access
restrictions programmed for the group. Up to seven time schedules, each with
three start and stop segments, can be used to enable or disable system
functionality, such as unlocking the main gate or lobby from 8:00 a.m. to
5:00 p.m. Additionally, up to 16 holidays can be added so automatic
time-based functions revert to a secure time period when the facility is
unattended.
When upgrading the telephone entry panel, or
to guarantee the latest database is at the telephone entry panel, the SPS
Win software allows uploading and downloading of all information relative to
the system.
SPS Win is also used for system monitoring.
All visitors or tenants who enter the facility have a unique identifier that
is stored on in the panel and can be uploaded to the PC's hard drive for
analysis. SPS Win, in conjunction with ERMA Win, provides historical report
capability so all, or specific, records and transactions can be retrieved by
any date range.
FEATURES
- Windows 95, 98, ME, 2000, NT and
XP Compatible
- Directory Codes
- Multiple Site Management
- Automatic Modem/Communication Port
Configuration
- Five Custom Defined Fields
- ERMA Win
- Alarm Monitoring
- Upload Database

The Horizon Systems combine telephone entry and
code access with an electronic LCD directory for quick access to the
prospective person or tenant. The LCD contains large display fonts and has a
very bright backlight to ensure the directory information is easily read in
direct sunlight or total darkness.
The Horizon includes a two-line electronic
LCD display that shows a welcoming message and instructions for operation
and allows for the entire directory to be scrolled in less than 10 seconds.
Locating the individual is easy since names are automatically placed in
alphabetical order as they are entered. The names and phone numbers can be
entered through a lightweight, compact handheld programmer, the panel's
keypad, or the SPS for Windows Based Software which allows communications
through a standard phone line to the Horizon's built-in modem. Whichever
method you select, guided prompts ensure programming time is kept to a
minimum.
The Horizon is available in two attractive
styles: the "hooded" (H) series or the "molded" (M) series. Either unit can
be installed inside or outside because they are engineered to withstand
harsh weather conditions and typical vandalism. All features and functions
are identical except the "M" series is available only for hands-free
applications.
The "H" version is manufactured with a
stainless steel faceplate, a painted steel hooded enclosure, and an
internally edge-lit metal keypad with white numbers for excellent night
visibility. The "M" version sports a sleek, sculpted look making it ideal
for a vestibule or installation where surface mounting is needed but depth
is of concern. The enclosure is powder painted in a neutral charcoal gray
and has a black metal keypad with white numbers.

- Long Distance and PBX Dialing
- Extra Name Capacity
- Tone/Pulse Dialing

The Ovation System is a
standard No Phone Bill Interface (NPBI) unit that connects directly into
each residence telephone line and uses those lines to provide communication
between the visitor entry and tenant. As a result, there are no monthly or
per-call charges generated, which can save thousands of dollars each year.
Add in a strong list of features, such as call waiting, distinctive ringing,
remote programming and up to 2700 directory codes and you have a system that
is ideal for multi-family style housings. The Ovation also has the ability
to allow a visitor to ring from any of the Ovation controlled entries and
only the entry from which the call was generated will unlock when the tenant
grants access.
The Ovation series comes in three different
configurations; the "S", "V" and
"LP". The "S" model uses a standard telephone keypad and assumes an
external directory already exists or is not required. The "V" model
incorporates a lighted paper directory, capable of listing 125 typed names.
The "LP" model is ideal for buildings that employ a doorman to contact
tenants via a standard telephone in the lobby, thus eliminating the need for
a separate entry panel. For extra security, in high-risk areas, an optional
vandal proof lobby panel was developed to function with the "LP" model and
replace the standard phone in the lobby. This panel is specifically designed
to repel harsh vandal attempts with a faceplate that is made from rugged 316
stainless steel laminated to 8-gauge thickness and is secured to the backbox
by heavy-duty security screws.
FEATURES
- Entry Codes
- Distinctive Ringing
- Call Waiting
- Two Relays
- Programmable Relay Times
- Postal Lock Provision
- Multiple Call Locations
- Remote Programming
- Customized Directory Codes
