At Davis Door Service we provide installation as well as maintenance to all of your overhead doors, entry doors and loading dock equipment.   We know how important it is for your company to continue operating, even though your doors are not working properly.  Therefore, we have trained technicians on hand to provide service to you at any time.

Maintenance Agreements

It is very important to make sure your overhead doors are maintained properly.  We offer a Commercial Maintenance Agreement specialized to your company needs.  We will come out on a quarterly basis and perform maintenance to your doors, which will include, but not be limited to, oil, adjustment of springs, lube head and barren plates, adjust tracks and tighten all loose nuts and bolts.  Cables are also adjusted.  We also counter balance each door to specific needs to avoid doors from dropping due to doors not having enough spring tension.  Please contact us for your own personal preventive maintenance quote.
